Types of flexibility required by the employees at workplace
Therefore, there are several reasons for the employees to required flexibility at work place.

Adaptiveness towards distinctive activities at work place needs to be evaluated where a flexibility needs to be assigned to the employees until they adapt new changes for the work scope. |

Technological
impact |
There are numerous technological changes being implemented within an organization where a flexibility should be required for the employees adopt continuous changes for the work scopes as well as the business processes. |

structures |
When there is a new structural change within the organization, flexibility needs to be created. |
Therefore, there are four types of flexibilities required by the employees at work place which can be evaluated as follows.

employees, art timers, school leavers and so on. |

Temporal
Flexibility |
There are organizations with a time
flexibility in terms of working hours, shifts, compressed hours and so on
based on the nature of the work being performed. |

Financial
flexibility |
There are flexibilities of pay schemes
where it can be comprised of performance based payments, non-wage
remunerations, bonuses, commissions and so on. |

ReplyDeleteFunctional flexibility, which includes activities like job autonomy and training, focuses on changing the nature of the work being done or how employees are required to carry it out. The decision of compensation is referred to as cost (or wage) flexibility; examples include merit pay and performance-related pay.
ReplyDeleteIt's essential to keep in consideration that each employee perceives job satisfaction differently. The factors that make one employee feel good about their employment/environment might not apply to another employee in the same organization under the same circumstances (BasuMallick, 2021).
